You are required to practice Boat safety at all times and your vessel must be equipped with all required equipment. You are required to have valid driving credentials. You cannot have been convicted of a felony. You cannot have been convicted of theft. You cannot have been convicted of a crime against children. You cannot have been convicted of a crime of Domestic Violence. 7. You will always be kind, and considerate to fellow members and their guests. 8. You will never disrespect fellow members or their families. 9. You will never curse in front of children. 10. You will always clean up after yourself and your guests. By signing this document I understand and agree that I have met the requirements above. I also understand as a member of the club I have a vested interest in the club and agree that I cannot sue the club or any affiliates for any reason and not limited to death. I also agree that any guests are my responsibility and that they will sign a waiver prior to entering complex. I understand if I violate any of the above I will be subject to disciplinary action and possibly expulsion from club for life. I understand that my guests and I enter the complex AT OUR OWN RISK.
